Mrs. Kanikah (Debra) LeMon-Jones is retiring after more than 30 years of active service as a school teacher for SFUSD.
In 2009, Kanikah was featured in an article that searched the progress of her kindergarten class of 1996, in the San Francisco Chronicle, http://www.sfgate.com/education/article/Kanikah-LeMon-3297026.php
During the same year, K. LeMon was presented the "Spotlight Award" by the Bay Area Business Round Table, who honored her efforts at Dr. G.W. Carver Elementary and other schools in the Bay Area.
Many are delighted to say they know her and would love to honor her loyalty and dedication of service to our children by throwing a dinner celebration of a job well done.
