The purpose of this organization and webpage is to inform; raise awareness and educate the public of the
horrific circumstances surrounding Ahjah's tragic preventable death.

had decided to release this video after exhausting insurmountable avenues of
justice for Ahjah, Ahjah's immediate family has decided to release this
video. This video exposes Ahjah's death
while in police custody in Corsicana Texas.
This video is released in an effort to break the family's silence so
that this horrible tragedy will never occur again! The family needs your help in seeking justice
for Ahjah and in establishing a foundation in Ahjah's name and in developing
Ahjah's Alert. This is a bill and law
that will demand law enforcement follow proper protocol when put on alert of an
individual's fragile mental health status when they are taken into
custody. Ahjah's family put law
enforcement on Alert prior to Ahjah's arrest but proper protocol was never
followed. Ahjah died two to six hours
after law enforcement had been put on alert.
Justice for Ahjah demands the eradication of police and systemic oppressiveness and
brutality wherever it exists. This
foundation states when your put on alert be on alert. Protect the basic human rights of individuals
who present a threat to themselves or others.
This foundation will also challenge governmental immunity laws, which
protect government entities at the expense of individuals they have been sworn
in to serve. Seeking legal counsel for Ahjah in the state of Texas in the midst
of governmental immunity laws has been nearly impossible. We need more help in securing legal counsel
changing these laws and getting justice for Ahjah!
