Johnny Dee Needs Your Help

Update on Johnny Dee's Hospitalization:

Hello everyone! I am updating some details here to fulfill the required information from the Go Fund Me. So, here they are:

My name is Helen Ruth De Nardis, I am the wife of Johnny Dee who is the beneficiary of this fund campaign. We are from Jacksonville, Florida. We are reaching out to his fans on his You Tube Channel. The funds me and my husband are trying to raise will be for his medical expenses that are not covered by his Medicare and for the deductibles on his prescriptions. He has many medications that he needs to shoulder himself. Everyone might think that he looks well and healthy on the song videos that he posts, but actually Johnny Dee has many ailments such as Diabetes and he is insulin dependent, COPD, Emphysema, and he had a Quadruple Bypass Heart Surgery. In spite of all these, he was never discouraged to do what he loves most, that is, singing...and making others happy and inspired through his songs.

There's good news and bad news that I learned when I visited him at the hospital today. The bad news is, he cannot come home yet which made him really sad because he will need to be transferred to another hospital with long term care facility, which is over 30 miles from our house. That means I have to travel over 60 miles everyday to see him. The good news is, he is leaving the hospital where he is right now, where he feels he is being neglected, and he is scared and told me that 'I might die here' (in his own words).
 
In view of the hospital transfer and the long term care, we are raising our goal of $5,000 to $15,000 because of this unforeseen circumstances and we hope that his supporters will understand. I may also have to temporarily quit my job as a K-12 substitute teacher in Duval and Clay Counties so that I can take good care of him.  Our sincerest gratitude to everyone.

Original Post: Johnny Dee has been hospitalized for Pneumonia and his condition is worsening based on his two recent x-rays. We are awaiting for the result of his CAT scan. He is in full code right now and we are praying for his full recovery. We are expecting a huge bill at this time where his bank account has been wiped out by a scammer from Facebook and another from You Tube. We are therefore asking for any amount that you might be able to donate to help him with his medical bill. Thank you very much!
