Jesse was stopped on Hwy 1417 Friday morning, October 4, 2013, waiting to turn left into work on his motorcycle. He was rear-ended by a young woman who was NOT PAYING ATTENTION. Jesse was care-flighted to Medical Center of Plano on life support, Jesse sustained a brain injury, broken neck and had a lengthy heart attack.

On Day 15, Saturday, October 19th at 3:30 am Jesse lost his fight to the damage to his brain, because one person, not paying attention ran him over with a car.

Criminal charges have yet to be filed.  The investigation team has filed the report with the district attorney's office.  The next grand jury sits in January.

JEMS Foundation has begun development of J.E.S.S.E, the Jesse Elliott Street Safety Education program that will be presented in schools for the increased awareness and for the decrease of "crashes into motorcyclists"

Join us today, by making a small contribution that will be used to improve presentations, fabricate additional visual aids, travel to more areas and educate more car and truck drivers of all ages.
