Lancers LEED Scholarship

Hello my name is, Jerome Small for a very long time I have had the ambition to become a first generation college student and do it independently. I have understood that loans are an economic reality and i have done all that I can to prevent my friends and I from getting them.

I have made sure to attend school everyday for four years even when my highschool grade point average was a 1.7 and I was not expected to graduate. Since then I have taken 10 of my highschool courses online and finished all my graduation requirements in the tenth grade.  I have also dual enrolled at Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach State College to complete my first two years of college in high school. I also manage to mentor children at my church and at local elementary schools.

However with all of my efforts I still have not achieved a single scholarship yet, I have never had a job  or a paid internship in my life, and sometimes I find my self struggling to pay my lunch fees.  Despite my short comings as a person i continue to stay positive and remember I have to be an example in to my family, my friends, and my community and look forward to blessed future. I need your help to make this dream a possibility and in return I will give away one thousand dollars back to the community in the form of a scholarship.
