It's with heavy heart and sadness we announce the untimely loss of our cherished Jeremi "Jay" Ortega. Jay was  a beloved son, father, boyfriend, brother, uncle, and friend. That contagious smile that could light up a room will forever be remembered and truly missed. We have created this account on behave of the family to help with any up coming cost and for those friends that have asked how they can help.
