On May 7th at the Florida State democratic Caucus I was elected as the Florida congressional District 6 female Pledged Delegate to presidential candidate Sen.Bernie Sanders. Now my one job is to arrive in Philadelphia at the Democratic National Convention to nominate Sen.Sanders as the next President of the United States.
Please help me afford the accommodations and transportation costs.
I vow to only pay these funds to individuals who I know are hard-working middle-class individuals and not the conglomerate wage-and-price-gouging corporatists exploiting our democratic system. I stand for everything the Sanders campaign advocates. If there is a contested convention as promised, my voice will shout the loudest.
I have given my business as a grassroots office for organizing phone banking weekly along with many other contributions to his campaign for informing our local voters on his platforms. My new family are the hardcore Bernie volunteers who as a team worked to get me on the road to Philly in July.
The Entire WORLD will be watching, and each of you who contributes will become a part of this historic event with me every step of the way. I am driving directly from Florida to PA. My activism in this fight as an elected delegate for Bernie is driven by a passionate desire to make right what is wrong with our democratic system, to make our middle class economically strong, to protect our young men and women from needless wars, to provide health care for all as a right, and save our natural environment. I ask you to listen to Bernie Sanders speech at Liberty College if you haven't yet. This man will take our country forward and beats HRC in national polls by double digits in the fight against a Trump Presidency. I am proud to be a mom who can look at my 14-year-old son and say I'm doing everything to keep him safe and allow the chance at a good future. Please join me in this endeavor.
