YOU KNOW JOE! He's the captain of Ocean Grove Fire Department, a laid off firefighter from Fort Monmouth, a hazmat tech in Monmouth County. He's the friendly face you get when you call 911 and need an ambulance in Neptune City and several other municipalities. He's dedicated to his craft, spending off hours from work doing volunteer work. He's there teaching young providers how to do the job well. You know Joe, and Joe knows you!
