Hello, I'm Isaac. I'm fundraising for a once in a lifetime experience. I'll be flying to the other side of the world to Cambodia to make a difference.
On this adventure I will be helping out the community with a team from my school and the organization Camps International. My work will include helping to build schools and shelters for the population, we will improve healthcare in the local areas as we travel around the country,also we will ensure the school children and locals get a safe water supply. Me and our team will try to turn around the rapid deforestation as we plant saplings in the effected areas and we'll make dams to help crops grow in dry seasons.
Along with the help for the community we will go to the S21 Prison and the Killing Fields and learn about the Pol Pot genocide of 1975 to 1979. In the expedition we will visit the beautiful Angkor Wat temple and the jungle temple of Ta Prohnm. Something I'm looking forward to is learning to scuba dive in the clear waters off the coast of Cambodia for a week.
