Help Gisela Attend Hack Reactor

As most of you know, for the last couple years I have been on my laptop, programming, continuously. I have been learning how to build awesome projects, including a multiplayer web game (with Homer’s face in the middle), a wellness tracker, a fast-paced iOS game, an Android modern multiplayer Pong game, a bot to anonymously text your friends, and much more. I would have never accomplished all these things were it not for the help of Mission Bit , Make School , Square , hackEDU , and Hack Reactor .


I created this GoFundMe page because I need your help me to take the next step towards being a software engineer. Your donation will help cover my tuition for Hack Reactor, an immersive 12-week coding bootcamp. During the Hack Reactor program I will be learning JavaScript, an essential language for web development, for over 11 hours a day with one-on-one help from mentors and peers.


Hack Reactor will take me from an aspiring programmer to a junior software engineer. Hack Reactor has a 99% post-program hiring rate with graduates earning an average salary of $105K. The tuition is $17,780 which is why I need your help. I ask that you contribute however much you can, no matter how small.
