I have a rare case of Leukemia

My name is Hayati and I have been diagnosed with a rare type of Luekemia called Chronic Eosinophillic Leukemia. The disease causes too many white blood cells (eosinophils) in my bone marrow and other tissues. If not taken care of it will progress quickly into acute leukemia which can be fatal. My luekemia has not progressed into that stage yet and can be manageable with the right medication. I have been taking care of myself because all of my family lives overseas and I am here alone. I feel extremely blessed for any help that I can receive.
My Story:
I am a single father, my daughter is my life. She is only 8 years old. I want to see her grow up, become a woman and do the things with her every father should do with their daughter. Since I have been diagnosed I had to send her to live with my relatives in Turkey she has been there for the last 5 months the only times I can see her is on skype and the photos I carry of her. It has been very difficult for us. It's heartbreaking not be able to have her here. My goal is to bring my daughter back to the states, we moved here for the American Dream so she can have the life that she deserves.
My money has all gone into my hospital bills and medication. This is very expensive and have been adding up very quickly. The medication that I need is called Gleevec. The price has gone up for this medication and it is about $8,960 for 100 mg of 90 tablets. The doctor had me on 400mg which I take once a day. The medication had a side effect on my lungs and they became inflamed making it impossible to breathe. Since my lungs became inflamed I caught pneumonia. The doctors have been doing tests on my lungs. Since my condition has deteriorated I have not been able to work. I am very scared for the future because we haven't been able to treat my leukemia because of the side effects from the medication and it can develop into acute Leukemia very quickly.
The side effects have left me short of breath, I have terrible night sweats, I have lost an exterme amount of weight. I use to be 185 lbs and now I am 140 lbs in 2 months. But I fight, I fight to live for my daughter, I fight everyday to see her smile, hear her laughter and to share many more days and memories with her. I need help.
Traveling is out of the question (to visit my daughter) because I am on an oxygen tank, it is very difficult for me to breathe without it. The side effects from the medication have sent me to the hospital where I was hospitilzed twice since December. My spleen is enlarged, my liver and intestines are inflamed. My lungs are weak. I miss my daughter very much and need her to come home.
The money that I hope to raise will go to:
- buying a ticket for my daughter to return to the states
-medication
-someone I can pay to help me with my daughter
-medical bills
I know that times are tough for people now, I appreciate anything even if it is $1.00, it will help me and my daughter very much. I am very grateful for everything, every day and to the future.
