Prevent a home from being condemned

My family's home is on the verge of being condemned, We have suffered from severe depression after the suicide of my father and did not want to acknowledge the severity of issues we are going through. We've desperately tried to scrounge funds to make enough to make these repairs, such as withdrawing retirement funds, using excess student loans, and pawning valuable family heirlooms. However, the damage is so extensive that none these exploits could remotely cover the costs the repair costs.for example, our basement flooded in, and now we have black mold infesting our basement (Hence the plastic covering on the left of the picture below)

When our basement was initially flooded in, RTD was building the light-rail in Colorado that Stretched from Denver to Golden, They had busted a waterline that did minimal damage and no one knew about it because our neighborhood uses wells. Our house is the newest in the neighborhood was not built with a well, the water filtered into our basement.

When we had a moving company move everything into our backyard, they found out that the insurance won't cover it, and lazily threw everything back into our basement. Showing their frustration that they wouldn't get the money promised to them.

Because of the lack of any insurance assistance, we've had a mold, junk and no furnace and air conditioning due to the damage. Despite having three hard-working individuals to pay for the house, we cannot make the payments on our bills. Let alone make money to fix our home.
My mother is growing old and is getting to the point where she cannot take care of herself, Yet she still works 50 hours+ to try to pay for our home, so responsibilities fall onto me to take care of my family, and I need assistance making my home a livable environment for my family.

I currently sleep in the living room as my home is a two bedroom home and I would like to give back my mother her living, can create an environment to make it easier for me to take care of my aging mother and my brother.
This is not a top priority,

We are in desperate need of help. We need a living environment where we can live comfortably and we live paycheck to paycheck, struggling to make ends meet.

The reason we go to go fund me for assistance is that the insurance does not see this as "an issue worth claiming or covering" and we cannot take out a loan to do the repairs with.

What my family needs assistance with
◘ Trash Removal
◘ Mold Cleaning
◘ Removing  and replacing the infected mold wall
◘ Replacing Damaged Appliance/Utility units. (Furnace... Ect.)
◘Create a healthy living environment for a family of 3
◘Repair foundation

Why is the request so high?
In fact I've been bullied and harassed in places where I've advertised this.
As explained, we need to do a various series of repairs to our home that would cost several thousand dollars, and we cannot do it with a $1000, or $2000 Gofundme.

We have to clear our almost 2000 Sq feet worth of trash
remove the mold, then replace the walls where the mold once was, which includes the staircase. Which I cannot do, on a budget again on $1000.
The replacement of the furnace and Air conditioning alone would be over $10,000. Due to the fact I would need to have my home inspected, I would need take out permits, the furnace and the air conditioning.

As well as repair the entire foundation of our home

The response of my Gofundme when advertising, is discouraging, and disgusting.

Well our heater doesn't work anymore, so that's on the list of things we can't afford to replace or even have someone fix.
