As my family prays tonight all we can say is that we leave it up to you Lord ...
Everyone has been very patient and we thank you, I do not have good news. Our hearts break and fear what is next.  Scarlett has become the first of her kind with her cancer to act this way.  With much regret I say that this has gotten much worse. WHY I don't know.  Chemo is not working, ccsk only had 2 treatments available to work, neither of them did. We face the truth now, that other then trials, that is all that is left (with hope we will hold on to those trials) .. Scarlett's doctor wants everyone to know that she is deeply sadden for this, she thinks of Scarlett as one of her daughters and has lost many nights of sleep since she met her. 
Scarlett has around 10 tumors that are showing up in scans, all within her bones.. her arms, legs, spine, forehead... the largest of the tumors are in her left arm.. she will be having a biopsy on her left arm, a surgery that would hopefully pull out enough to finally figure out if they are truly tumors.. as of now we are in limbo.. and sadden with knowledge that has been explained to us... no one has survived CCSK at stage 4.  Scarlett has stage 4 Ccsk, and beyond that the most rare type that has ever existed. I cannot begin to tell anyone what this means other than that truth be told we are scared, but have to be hopeful for what ever the doctors have left for her. (Doctors from CHLA, St Judes, and Texas state they have no suggestions other then that a medicine that may be able to fight off a gene that is causing growth) ... this trial will start after biopsy is confirmed. We do not have answers to how fast her tumors are growing.. but I do know what will happen if they keep growing and get bigger. When and if they get bigger they will begin to crack the bone and force them selves out and attack soft tissues, it's all bad from there..

God has called me today to join him and be the voice to others, please help with personalizing a prayer for her, please find those that have given themselves to Christ.  Allow your prayer to be used as a tool to beat this.. if you feel as though you need to help, cry out to the Lord for help. SHARE and never stop sharing. Find a church and share. Find someone that does not believe in Christ and share and ask for prayer.

Scarlett is sending out a special thank you for everyone!! Everyone's prayer, gifts, support, and love!! This has been a long process and many are unaware I still haven't went back to work to help support my wife in the process. Both children are very important, last thing we ever wanted was Jayden not having a normal life.  Daddy has been on disability for stress, depression, and axiety. It has kept us afloat.  Scarlett has a scan soon to tell us if this phase of chemo is working. So nerve-racking!!! Anxious feelings everywhere. So hard. !!!  Special girl we have here, a super star, a fighter, a hero... thank you all for your support!!

Thank you everyone... we hit 10000 total our journey has not been easy.. we want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts. Chemo is just so rough on our little girl, but seems to be doing the trick.  Our road is still very long, but because of all of your suport it has made it a little bit easier. We want to advise everyone that have donated that we have put a lot of this funds into a emergency private account for Scarlett, incase this takes a long time to cure.  This money has kept us on our feet, allowing us to feel normal at times.  I want to thank those of you for donating, because part of this hole thing is spoiling them, we try so hard to keep there minds off of everything.. we love you all. 5000 to go to hit her goal.!!

3rd update!!!
Scarlett has surgery this morning to get a temporary apheresis line to remove stem cells. Doctors say it's the best recovery method if needed for the strong chemo she's going to receive during this treatment. Please pray stem cells are able to be collected in a few days and we can move on with treatment safely.  Thank you everyone and bless the Lord our savior Jesus Christ ...
2nd Update!!!
Im so sorry to inform all of you that my last update online has now been changed.  My daughter recently acheived a spectacular goal of ridding herself of her tumor on her forhead and that radiation did work to prevent anymore growth in her abdomen.  BUT, I am sad to say the CHEMO is NOT working, they have found 2 tumors in her jaw bone that have developed overtime since chemo started.  We are very sad to say that we are starting over and changing her Chemo Treatment.  WE NEED YOU MORE THAN EVER NOW!!! PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR LITTLE GIRL!!!  As this begins our new year we would like to say thank you for your support!!! We love you all!!!  The Fight continues.... GO SCARLETT!!!

Update!! Hi everyone thank you so much for everyone's continued prayer and support. . We truly are greatful!! If you can do us a favor keep sharing this post and continue to pray for scarlett. .. this will be a long year,  I just wanna say when this is all done that we did everything we could.  Love you all pray pray pray.. by the way scarlett is doing so well.. super high spirits...

On October 29, 2016 Scarlett Caramazza age 3 was taken to the emergency room, her doctor discovered Scarlett's left kidney was taken over by a very large mass. She was rushed to Rady's Childrens Hospital in San Diego, her kidney was verified to be a Tumor, it was then removed and tested positive for Clear Cell Sarcoma; a rare kidney cancer that affects primarily children between the ages 3 to 4.  As of now, Scarlett will be facing 6- 9 months of Chemotherapy and some Radiation with a stage 4 Cancer Treatment.  As this information affects us all, we are starting this page to ask for help.  We have always been very independant, but believe it is time to ask for assistance in this journey. I know many of you, that will be viewing this for the first time, are as close as family, we consider you all family to us!  In Gods eyes we all are.  We ask to pray for our baby girls recovery and to be Cancer free, and if you would like to donate that would be beyond our expectations.
