Help me be in my daughters life!!

I had split from my ex-gf 6 months ago.  I was living at a friends house sleeping in a room after she had kicked me out abruptly.  We have a beautiful little girl named Isabella.  She is 2  1/2.  My ex allowed me regular visits on weekends which was great even the ability to see her sometimes on weekdays. The stipulation was that it had to be at her house and by her rules.  I wasn't fond of going to her house because it brought back memories.  When she saw that I wasn't interested in her anymore. It then became every other weekend.  Then it went to twice a month.

One weekend she had asked me to come over after watching my daughter the whole day I had brought her to skyzone, Toys r us, the park.  I had bought dinner for everyone when she had slapped my little girl real hard for being in the closet.  I had told her not to do that.  She told me "this is my daughter and you can't tell me what to do".  I ended up throwing an empty plastic bag on the floor that I had bought dinner for everyone and leaving her house. The next thing I know I have a temporary restraining order against me.  I had to bring my ex to court and show the court that her accusations about me were lies and false.  I fought the restraining order and won due to her false testomony and evidence.  My lawyer was a big help $5000 later.


I have Joint Custody and always have had it.
We agreed after court that she would let me see my daughter a few days a week after work and every other weekend.


I had not seen my little girl for 5 weeks until this last weekend.   I am fighting to be able to see my little lsabella and be a huge part of her life without restrictions.  If not full custody just the ability to see my daughter every other other weekend with some weekdays included.  I have a 2 Bedroom apartment and a room just for her :)


This weekend while my daughter visited my ex had called the police to try and find out where I lived.  She went to my old roomates house with 4 cop cars.  Then I had harrasing phone calls by the police every hour while my daughter and me were putting up chrismas orniments. I called my lawyer over and over again trying to get ahold of her on a Sunday.  She had called the police detective for me and he said bring her back at the regular time that she has no right to take my time away.
My Ex has stated that she now only wants me to see my daughter Thursday, Friday and Saturdays every other week , instead of the agreement that was verbally stated to my lawyer and myself.   I am not ok with that arrangment.  I belong in my daughters life and need to be a strong positive role model for her.  If it's not full custody atleast the ability to see her every other weekend.
I was about to see my lawyer this Thursday (December 15th, 2016) about this situation when she had told me in email that I still owe another $1200 from the previous case.  Now she want's another $4000 for a new retainer to help me with custody of my daughter.  
I am hard working, I pay child support, I pay all of my bills on time.  I just know at this time I won't be able to afford this amount.  I have spent a total of $8500 on a lawyer and I know the bills will keep coming in.  

I will do anything to fight for my daughter and this is my last hope to ask for help.  I will fight till the end for her to be apart of my life.  She is my everything.  

Her name is Isabella and she is 2 1/2.

I beg this community to help me with legal fees.  I have been there with my daughter since day one giving her everything she needs.  

I believe this lady who is raising my daughter is not looking out for her best interest and will do anything to not let me see my kid.  I have fought tooth and nail through all of her lies to keep pursuing my daughter through thick and thin. 

I am a great dad and want to be in my daughters life!!!!
