Help Restore Justice for Davneet

I am non-immigrant, a citizen of India who has been subjected to exceptionally challenging circumstances and cruelty in the United States. I am a mother, a domestic violence survivor, who wants to return to her home country with her Indian Citizen children. I am currently litigating my children’s custody and am not being allowed to take my Indian citizen children to our home country India, by the courts in United States.  

 

Divorce situations are already complex and it becomes more complicated when you have to deal with immigration  related issues. We are Indian citizens and would like to return to our home country to live a dignified life. I am raising funds for my legal costs that will help me remain a part of my children’s lives. Without proper legal representation, my children and I will be separated.
