Support the Cuban Skate Family

My name is Norma Ibarra, originally from Mexico but been living in Canada for about 8 years.

I know many countries around the world have been affected by natural disasters but I have been visiting Cuba a few times this year and I have a new Cuban family and community I want to focus on helping. 

Hurricane Irma has left some areas of Cuba devastated. This situation is made worse by a constant lack of resources. After my 3 trips to Cuba, I have developed deep connections with the community and want to go back to help clean up. I would like to bring donations of food, clothes and cleaning items. Please help me with my mission. Your support is appreciated anything counts.
This Fund will provide relief to Cubans in the form of emergency supplies like food, water, medicine and will help with the rebuilding process. All donations to this fund will exclusively support relief and recovery efforts.

I am getting ready to fly back there with a few bags  loaded with as much supplies as possible. I will be shopping as soon as I have a sizeable amount of donations. Any extra cash will go directly to the families of our skate friends affected by Hurricane Irma. My goal is to focus on the essentials; canned food, baby formula, and care cleaning supplies.  I will keep a photo record of the process and trip on social media.
