School Build in Mexico

Hi Friends,
So, many of you know that last year I spent a portion of my summer in Mexico with a group called True North Helping Hands. This organization works to build classrooms in Baja Mexico for the locals who mostly work in agriculture. You can read more about the organization here: True North Helping Hands 

I am planning on going again this year and my son is coming with me. Call it a workation. I have been asked to oversee and facilitate the building of a retaining wall with french drain to protect some classrooms from flooding and if time and funds permit handle some other drainage and erosion issues. 

Things are tight with the organization this year with the Canadian dollar being down (most of their donations are in Canadian dollars) so I have decided to try and pay for my part of the project myself. The money I am seeking now would go towrads paying for burlap sacks, cement, sand, gravel and backhoe rental. I am handling my own transportation etc. so this is not to pay for my personal needs.

So if you have the means and inclination feel free to chip in a buck or five to help us out.
