Frankie's Surgery

This is absolutely not a scam. Please read about Frankie's story and if you could find it in your heart to help me get her the surgery she needs, I will be forever thankful.

Being a licensed veterinary professional with many years of experience, I thought I'd seen it all. Frankie Marie is a 2 year old dog that I adopted just over a year ago. The police brought her in at 2am with 4 knife stab wounds to her head and 1 to her back. Beside the horrible experience this dog must have had, she was still giving kisses, rolling over for belly rubs and just wanted to be loved. This is what initially won me over, considering I am a crazy cat lady at heart ( I have 4 at home, all from work). Now, working in the field, I understand that there are going to be medical expenses unforeseen and necessary to keep a pet healthy. Frankie has gone above and beyond to completely drain my bank account. My savings are completely gone and thankfully my mother has taken pity on me and has helped financially with some of Frankie's bills. I have also been going through a very rough time in my personal life with my psychological health, Frankie being my only friend; I would do anything to keep her healthy and happy. I thought I had everything under control after pneumonia, multiple Xrays, HGE, 3 endoscopy procedures and a final diagnosis of immune mediated inflammatory bowel disease complete with a lifetime of medications and already $10,000 spent. But no. Frankie has now been diagnosed with bilateral elbow dysplasia, more degenerative on the right than the left. The only way I can help her is by doing a CAT scan and possible surgery to remove any bone fragments plus life long medications. I am at my wits end. My best friend is in constant pain and I am unable to fund her CT scan and possible surgery completely. I am reaching out to everyone, even if it is just a few cents, I would be forever greatful if you could help Frankie. This is completely 100% legitimate. I called for an estimate for an arthroscopy and the low end is $4500. At this time I can't afford it but the sooner it is done, the better. I can put 1500 on my care credit card, but I have nothing but my body to sell for the rest. I just don't want to see her in pain anymore!
