Help Bring Jake Home!

Jake is a young 3month old baby that was born at 26weeks . He has been in hospital for over 6months . Since being born, Jake has had 5 different surgeries to help better his chance at life . One of which, was his Tracheostomy . Jake is currently on a ventilator to aid him with his breathing via his trach & will need this support for a significant amount of time . With that being so, Jake will need funding to pay for a few of his machines & a few other bits & pieces to help care for his trach .
