Our Schools Outdoor Classroom

Hale Jr. High is a Title I school that serves nearly seven hundred 7th and 8th grade students. These students have no designated space to learn outdoors. We want to create an outdoor classroom that will also be a garden space for our 43 student Gardening Club that will be planting vegetables and fruits this spring. The creation of this outdoor classroom provides a unique opportunity to elevate schoolwide culture and community while simultaneously educating students on environmental sustainability. #HelpRaiseHale

The funding raised will specifically go toward:
Outdoor furniture, shade sails to provide teachers with a place to bring classes, benches, picnic tables, and installation costs.
