Grace Elizabeth

The dream of becoming parents has now become a reality for Kristy and Simon Mead. Their baby girl, Grace Elizabeth, was born at only 29 weeks gestation, making her 11 weeks premature. She was born via emergency caesarean section and has been in the neonatal intensive care unit ever since, with complications that arise from being born so prematurely. Our goal is to make the transition to parenthood a little easier for Kristy and Simon.
