Gohar's Trip to Ireland!

On behalf of Northern Virginia Community College and the Honors Program, I have been accepted to an Honors Study Abroad trip to Ireland! :D
"We will depart on July 5th 2015, returning July 18th 2015. Twenty Honors students and two professors will be journeying to Dublin and traveling south and west over two weeks to Galway, the Aran Islands, Limerick, and Sligo to name a few counties. They will walk in the footsteps of some of the greatest Irish writers from Yeats to Joyce to more modern playwrights like McDonagh and McCourt. Students will be enrolled in Honors English 295, the Literature of Ireland, for three credits, and will be studying ½ of the course at the Loudoun campus in May and June with the other ½ studied in Ireland at the University of College Dublin."
I am very excited for this opportunity! I hope to experience the rich culture, learn about the literature and history of the country, walk through the land, taste the different foods, and meet the locals. There are numerous ways I am fundraising to not only help myself, but my peers as well!
