Hallo! Mijn naam is Anna van der Steen. Ik ben 15 jaar oud en ik zit in 4 vwo op het college Weert. Dit jaar heb ik de kans gekregen om mij op te geven voor Global Exploration. De stichting Global Exploration (SGE) is gericht om jongeren de wereld, in het bijzonder ontwikkelingslanden, te late ontdekken. SGE organiseert projecten in ontwikkelingslanden voor educatie. De bestemming van dit jaar voor mijn school is Mongolië. De bedoeling van deze reis is om drie weken in Mongolië rond te trekken en op deze manier veel te leren over de cultuur, de bevolking en om mensen te helpen. Wij zullen veel activiteiten doen in het land, zoals Mongoolse leerlingen Engels les geven op een summer camp, sporten met de lokale kinderen, scholen renoveren en nog veel meer.
Samen met 31 andere leerlingen reis ik in de zomer van 2019 af naar Mongolië.
Om mee te gaan naar Mongolië heb ik uw hulp nodig! Ik moet 1800 euro ophalen. Dit geld gaat direct naar de stichting. Ik ben erg dankbaar voor elke donatie!
Hello! My name is Anna van der Steen. I am fifteen years old and I am in my first year of high school. This year I got the opportunity to sign up for Global exploration. The global exploration foundation (SGE) is aimed to let young people like me discover the world, especially developing countries. SGE organizes projects in developing countries for education.
This years destination for our school is Mongolia. The intention of this journey is to go to Mongolia for three weeks and learn a lot about the culture, the local people and we will help out where we can. We will do activities such as teaching children English at a summer camp, playing sports with the local children, renovating schools and much more.
Together with 31 students, I will travel to Mongolia in the summer of 2019.
For me to go to Mongolia, I need your help!
I have to raise 1800 euros. This money wil go directly to the foundation. The money is used to do all the projects organized in the country and a part of the money will go to help education in Mongolia. I would appreciate it if you donate. I am grateful for every donation!
