Medical Expenses for our Mom & Dad

On June 2nd, our mom, Gail, went in for a routine spinal surgery. Everything seemed to have gone well and she was discharged 2 days later only to return via ambulance within 24 hours,
After being diagnosed with chemical meningitis and developing a bloodclot in her lower spine, surgery was needed again to clear the clot and to suture the leak of cerebral spinal fluid. Unfortunately, during that surgery, our mom suffered a stroke that took her sight, short term memory, and movement on her left side, as well as her strength in her right leg.
Imagine, being 54 years young and having your basic human movement taken from you. Not knowing where you are or what happened.
Mom has since been moved to a sub-acute nursing facility where she is thriving! Her vision is slowly returning and she is regaining movement in her legs. All of this is thanks to the rigorous PT that she has 5 days per week.
While this is all AMAZING news, we just found out that her insurance only allows for "short-term" care and will only cover 30 days at this facility ( which ends AUGUST 5th, 2016). After that, it is $395/day for just the bed. That does not include her PT, OT, or Speech therapy or any of her meds and nursing staff.
We are asking for your help in aiding the finances. With all of us combined, including her sisters and brothers, it is impossible for us to come up with the money needed to give our mom the best care available. Without the staff to change the dressings or the medication to combat the MRSA she contracted, she will not recover and will possibly be left to "fend for herself."
