Get Me Out Of School

My goal is nearly the balance that I have to pay to Howard University. As long as I owe this balance, I am not able to register for classes. Also with this balance I am not able to see my transcript nor get my proof of enrollment, which I need to apply for my internship with the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, that I have been doing for the past 4 years.
