George, the cat, hit by car

On June 27, 2017,  My daughters beloved cat, George was hit by two different cars in front of our house, in Vista, California.  Neither car stopped.  He was taken to Veterianary Specialty Clinic in San Marcos, Ca., and we were told he had several pelvic fractures and two collapsed lungs.  We were also told he had a great chance for full recovery. The cost for the emergency care and surgery, medications and after care was a little over     6, 200.00.   I talked it over with my daughter and she did not waiver, and said to use her savings if we need to.  (She is saving for college, she wants to be a  vet or work with animals.  We are happy to verify the cost of the care for George.

The funds would go to his vet bills for surgery, and emergency care.    

George has been in our family for 9 years, and he provides by daughter with emotional support, as she suffers from anxiety, and depression.  we love him very much.   It is hard to describe what George means to us, but he is a very special cat.  

Asking  for help is not always easy, but I am a single mother, and the cost of the surgery and veterinary care has created a hardship for me.  My daughter and I would be most grateful  for any help.
