Support for Baby Benjamin

Hi Everyone, I'm Kim Hoover, sister of Mike Smoker, and I'm raising funds in memory of my brother to be donated to my sister-in-law Juliane on behalf of their son, Benjamin.

On July 14, five month old Benjamin Smoker lost his father, Mike, very suddenly to a ruptured brain aneurysm. Also left behind was Juliane, Mike's loving wife and mother to Benjamin.

Juliane is a stay at home mom in a devastating situation. We're raising money to support Benjamin's needs, both present and future, in hopes of giving Juliane and Benjamin some financial stability during this difficult and deeply sad time. All support will be used to benefit Benjamin's care and physical needs.

Juliane is one of the most selfless, kind and caring people that I know.  She has spent most of her life putting others before herself, both personally and in her career as a nurse prior to staying home to be a full time mom to Benjamin. She has been amazingly strong these past few days.

We are so greatful for those who have already offered to give support. Even more than the money, we ask for your prayers to uphold Juliane and Benjamin as they learn to navigate life without Mike as their loving husband and father.
