You know the smile. You know the beauty he creates. You know the giant heart in that skinny frame. What you may not know is that Shane Smith now needs your help. The artist, designer, decorator, host and garden creator you love will be unable to work for at least six months and possibly much longer as he copes with extremely serious injuries he suffered in a car crash.
