This account has been created to help save a life and ease the financial burden of the family members who desperately need some assistance.
When the full amount of services have been raised, Tailored Transitions will provide 30 days of the highest level of moment-to-moment care available to an individual that meets the criteria.
If we can pull our resources together to help one person in need then it will be worth it! The systems in place are not designed to assist everyone who is dying from addiction find quality rehab services to meet their needs. Until we see some drastic changes in macro systems we must do what we can for those that are suffering from this terrible epidemic.
