Help!!! Rear end just blew out on the Frack Free F,350 Water Protector Truck in Gillette, WY ... Need about $2100 to survive this one!! All help is appreciated. Thank you!!
The Frack free F350 water protector truck has been used over the last 6 months to haul food and firewood and taxi water protectors to various camps in North and South Dakota. We have also fed people in the park in Rapid City and supported the longest walk against drugs alcohol and domestic violence. We continue to walk and drive our prayer running on waste vegetable oil 4 the people to live and the Waters of life to remain pure. Any help you can give towards our truck expenses would be greatly appreciated as we still are behind for repairs made in March.

1/23/17 -The Frack Free F350 has raised $1525 towards the repair bill total... $2354. We still need to raise $829 more to cover the bill. Beyond that, we still need to purchase a marine battery for the solar power system, and a digital generator for back up.. the truck will only start with block heater plugged in, in subfreezing conditions. We plan to leave for Standing Rock this weekend with donations and Water Protectors on board.
12/17 UPDATE: The Frack Free F350 is back on the East Coast after leaving 28 days ago on the journey to #StandingRock loaded with donations to assist the #WaterProtectors .
We are preparing for another #NoDAPL journey to ND in early January and the truck needs new tires, chains, basic maintenance and a new speed sensor as well as a backup generator for times when we can't access an outlet. We also plan a solar system for extra power.

Update 12/9/16... We have spent the last 2 1/2 weeks at Oceti Sakowin camp at #StandingRock. After dropping off donations, we helped bring in more building supplies as well as shuttling #WaterProtectors back and forth to the casino for showers in the middle of a three day blizzard that shut down all 2 wheel drive vehicles.
We will be making more trips out to help stop the DAPL, and when this battle is won, We will get back to fighting fossil fuel infrastructure back on the East coast.
The Frack Free F350 Protest Truck was converted to run on Waste Vegetable Oil(WVO)l in 2008... It has 350,000 miles on it, about 200,000 miles On French Fry Grease. That's right: RENEWABLE FUEL!!! It has served as an educational tool, promoting our campaign while traveling to countless protests over the years and across the entire nation, all the while a conversation starter on transitioning to clean renewable energy and Sustainability.
It also served as a volunteer Water Delivery truck to come to the aid of Dimock Families. Even in a snowstorm, while the rest of the movement was chasing down Lisa Jackson - EPA, in Philly, FrackFreeF350 was competing with Frack Trucks for the road, on bald tires, and almost slid into Dimock Frack Victims Craig and Julie Sautners' truck. It would have made deliveries all winter if an appeal to BIG ENVIRO for help with tires had been answered.
The Frack Free F350 hit the 300,000 Mile mark on a MATRIOTIC trip out west, delivering 2 Earth First Utah Tar Sands protestors towards their destination, on The 4th of July, 2014 in an act of Independence from the Fossil Fuel Paradigm.
Canola oil, probably GMO, has been tough on the system and at this moment the truck is not running Frack Free... I have had many costly repairs done to the fuel injectors, and what is needed now is to replace the WVO filters and components.
The Truck will continue to be a volunteer, travelling around the Northeast and beyond, but is especially needed right now. To be able to run frack free again, to do organizing work that will help make our campaign for Earth Day 2015 Energize Democracy Climate Justice Rally a success... promoting the energy shift and setting an example, fueling my own activism with clean renewable energy. Any extra funds raised will go towards this end... ensuring Frack Free Nation, with little funds, can organize with heart, an event that will bring a shift that is priceless.
