Floki Surgery Fund- Hit And Run

Last night, Thursday 12/20/2018 Floki was hit by 2 cars, neither of which stopped to see if he was okay. We took him to the rocklege emergency room last night where they treated him. They said he has a broken pelvic bone. He cant walk. They informed us he will need surgery because it's a weight bearing joint and wont heal otherwise. I just got off the phone with a local surgeon and the quote is $3200. Any and all help would be much appreciated. If you would like to come visit Floki let me know my door is always open.
