Servants in Action Building Phase 2

$1,890 of $35,000 goal

Raised by 27 people in 37 months

First Baptist School is a Christian private school that has been impacting children and their families for over 60 years. We are excited that Phase I of our building project is complete and we are looking forward to the second Phase starting this summer. Phase II will create two large classrooms, restrooms, and dressing rooms along the east side of our existing structure. The estimate cost for Phase II is $300,000.00. Our financial goal for this year’s project is to raise $35,000 of the total amount by May 6, 2016.

Servants-in-Action gives our students the opportunity to give of their time to others and give financially to their school by raising funds for special projects. Donations from previous years were used to fund projects including: renovation of the gymnasium restrooms, new playground equipment, a new gym floor and Phase I of our new gymnasium.

FBS staff and students are encouraged to positively impact the community through a variety of programs and projects offered through the school. We believe that providing service opportunities for students will help mold them into model citizens and inspire them to continue serving after graduation. Our students leave a lasting legacy on our community and the world.

Thanks for work hard by God, I wish my sons study there, just now we are trying to do it, but we are a family in mexico and our english is not good or cero for my childrens, next friday they will go for a test... maybe a hard test in english, i was give all papers and forms, but I feel that every step in this process is more hard each time... when I had read the brochoure was amazing for me... all education with Jesus christ in the center is my dream... cause with God in all our activities the sin is far away from us... that the childrens learn everyday that God is the owner of all every little and big thing or talent that we have.... but when I hear the costs for every thing and monthlys fees I'm start to loose my hope, not my hope in God or my faith that with Him we could do anything. Today I saw a video where some person say "be rich is not about how much you have, but is about how much you give" and for this reason remembering what Jesus said at Matthew 7 12.. well all this words is part from a letter to the school from y heart that wants to help. thanks for all you work FBS
