I am a 32 years old Peruvian entrepreneur, ex chef, full time mom of a gorgeous 2 yr old girl, a sister of 2 wonderful men, a daughter of the strongest woman I know and the heart of a sweet man that supports me and loves me no matter what. Life has been an awesome roller coaster! A lot of Ups and Downs but grateful to be exactly where I am now... So this is not a story that will make you cry but hopefully will encourage and inspire you to truly take care of yourself and the people you love the most.
I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in late May this year. I was crashed by the news, I had no idea Why, When or How this happened however the only thing I knew and know for sure, this "cancer thing" is not in my life to ended but to embrace it!
I had surgery within 2 weeks of my diagnosis to get the tumour removed from my breast. Thanks to all the blessings, prays, support and help from so many amazing people that have been there for us I recovered in just a couple of weeks, trying my best to keep my head and positive vibe up at all times even when doctors weren't as positive as me. As I was listening to the oncologist giving me very low chances of survival if not getting Chemotherapy immediately and a 25% chance of it returning even if I went through chemo not to mention the short and long term side effects were scarier than the cancer itself, a weird feeling invaded me to the point of feeling physically sick. I told the doctors I needed more time to make a decision based on certainty not fear.
This is when my journey started, while recovering I began to research and truly understand what cancer is, why I have It - trust me! Is not bad luck - what caused it and what my options are to get over this besides what my doctors were offering me.
I felt like waking up from a life style nightmare!
I finally got it! The way I was living was killing me.
I never truly gave myself (body&soul) what I needed to keep me healthy instead I had a life full of stress, drama, very poor nutrition, sleep deprivation, bad choices that would push my body to the limits until I couldn't keep up with all the demands and so little resources I was giving me which ended up in cancer.
I decided to take responsibility for my health once and for all by opening my eyes, ears and heart to every single option that will help me heal and that's how I found The Gerson's Therapy - A natural treatment that activates the body’s extraordinary ability to heal itself through an organic, plant-based diet, raw juices, coffee enemas and natural supplements. Soy una entrepreneur de 32 años de edad, peruana, ex chef, mamá a tiempo completo de una hermosa bebe de 2 años, hermana de 2 hombres maravillosos, hija de la mujer más fuerte que conozco y el corazón de un hombre increible que me apoya y ama ante cualquier circunstancia. Mi vida ha sido una montaña rusa increíble! Llena de altibajos pero agradecida a Dios de estar exactamente donde estoy ahora... Así que esto no es una historia que te hará llorar, pero espero que te anime e inspire a tomar accion a cuidar realmente de tu salud y el de las personas que mas amas.
Me diagnosticaron cáncer de seno, grado 3 a finales de mayo de este año. Me caí por la noticia, no tenía ni idea de Por qué, Cuándo o Cómo sucedió esto sin embargo lo único de lo que estoy segura es que “este cancer” no llego a mi vida para terminarla, sino para convertirse en una bendicion.
Me operaron 2 semanas despues de mi diagnóstico para extirpar el tumor de mi pecho. Gracias a todas las bendiciones, oraciones, apoyo y la ayuda de tantas personas increíbles que han estado aqui con nosotros me recupere en un par de semanas, haciendo mi mejor esfuerzo para mantener mi cabeza en alto y mi vibra positiva en todo momento, incluso cuando los médicos no estaban tan positivos como yo. Los oncólogos me dieron minimas posibilidades de sobrevivencia si no recibia la quimioterapia de inmediato y una probabilidad del 25% de retorno, incluso haciendola, sin contar los efectos secundarios a corto y largo plazo que este tratamiento me iba a causar, una sensación extraña me invadió hasta el punto de sentirme físicamente enferma. Les dije a los médicos que necesitaba más tiempo para tomar esta decision, necesitaba estar segura de la decision que iba a tomar, sin presiones ni miedos.
Es aqui donde el trayecto hacia mi sanacion empezo, mientras me recuperaba de la cirugia empecé a investigar y a entender exactamente qué es cáncer, por lo que tengo - creeme! No es mala suerte - lo que lo causó y cuáles son mis opciones para superarlo ademas de lo que los médicos me estaban ofreciendo.
Sentí que despertaba de una pesadilla!
Finalmente entendi! La manera en como esta viviendo, me estaba matando.
Nunca cuide mi salud a conciencia en vez de eso lleve una vida llena de estrés, dramas, pesima nutrición, falta de sueño y otras malas decisiones que empujaron mi cuerpo hacia el limite hasta que mi sistema inmunoligico colpaso resultando en cancer.
Decidi tomar responsabilidad por mi salud de una vez por todas, abri los ojos, oídos y el corazón a todas las opciones que me ayudarian a sanar, así fue como encontré la Terapia Gerson – que reactiva de manera natural la capacidad del cuerpo de curarse a si mismo, sin efectos nocivos. El costo para cubrir las terapias, traslados y alojamiento no está disponible para mí ni mi familia en este momento, pero tengo una fe tan grande en Dios y toda la gente maravillosa que existe, que no tengo ninguna duda de que será posible recaudar los fondos, recuperar mi salud para disfrutar muchos años más de vida, seguir amando, ver crecer a mi hija e inspirar, apoyar e incentivar a otras personas en situaciones similares a la mía.
