HELP ME FIND MY MISSING BROTHER

I just found out last night on 7/10/17 that my younger brother, Eric Ashby has been missing. I live in Florida and he had moved to Colorado. I need to get myself and my cousin there to help with the search party to find him. I am praying there is a chance he will be found alive, but I do not know what to do at this point. I am not sure if there is foul play or that he is just missing. There are so many conflicting stories that I am hearing and I have to help find him.
**UPDATED INFO**He was on the hunt for Forest Fenn's treasure. For a long time he had been in pursuit of finding it and the general consensus seems to be that is what he was doing this day. He believed he figured out where the treasure was. I will release more information as it comes in.
I helped raise him when he was younger and he also lived with me for a few years not too long ago. If you have a sibling, or any loved one, imagine being in the situation.
I live off disability and do not have funds to be able to make this trip. If you are a friend of Eric, or myself and can help me, please do what you can.
I looked up airlines and the tickets will cost me nearly $1,000 for 2 people round trip and I would still have to find a place to stay, eat and a car to drive. I am thinking it is better that I rent a car here in Florida and drive there, at least that way I have a car to drive there and can sleep in the car if I have to.
My goal amount is $1500, which is $500 for a 2 week car rental, $200 deposit, $300 gas, and the remainder of the funds for a place to stay and food to eat. If you can't help please at least share this page to get the help.
I am trying to get there ASAP and time is of the essence. I never ask for help like this and I am hoping God can make a miracle come true so I can get there and find my brother. Thank you for anyone able to help or at least pray for our family right now.
