Final Renovation Costs to get COO

Thank you for the awesome support to help us get the property and building and to advance through the majority of our renovations. We could not have done it without you.

We are now in the final stages of completion and the last few projects to ensure we get our COO and can relocate to this awesome new home for our special needs staff and for establishing roots for our future.

We are in need of the Handicap accessible ramp to allow everyone the ability to enter the new facility as well as the installation of a complete fire safety system and a proper entrance point to the new dock area. 

These costs were not included in the renovations to this point and we have been advised of the following:

Ramp for code compliance - $22k
Fire Safety System fully installed and functional - $7.2k
Remaining balance from initial fund raising opportunities - $5k
Final inspection fees and miscellaneous intangibles for exterior - $5k
