Asociación Huanchaco Esperanza Canina is an association based in Huanchaco, Peru, dedicated to rescuing and taking care of street dogs which have been abandoned, are sick, hurt or mistreated.
Esperanza means ‘hope’ in Spanish and that’s what we want to give the 40+ dogs in our shelter. This is all being realized thanks to volunteers and donations.
if you are not able to come to Huanchaco but still want to help you can send us your donation via this site. All the money raised will go directly to the Asociation and is used for:
- Food
- Maintenance of the shelter
- Medical care: treatment of sick dogs, vaccinations, sterilizations etc.
Donations of any size are more then welcome!
