Evelyn's esophagus repair in Boston

This is Evelyn. She was born with Esophagael Atresia. She was born without an esophagus.
We've been through a lot of surgeries and medical complications. 1 NICU stay, 3 PICU stays, two major surgeries, and 100's of surgical procedures.
The last recent surgery was to remove all of the damaged tissue and give her time to heal and grow in Boston for her big fix!
In Boston, they are going to transplant a piece of her intestine to fill the gap. Evelyn will finally be able to "really" eat and as Lylah (her big sister) says, "Be all fixed!"
We could use anything to help. We'll need to get Evelyn and Mommy there and give them a place to stay. Cover Mommy's salary so she can stay in Boston with her. Plus the procedure itself (well the part insurance doesn't cover).
