Drews surgery

Drew has had health issues since birth. He stopped growing, gaining weigh and has other issues. Drew starting having drop seizures in October. Since then after many appointments and hospital visits due to him passing out we found out he has a chiari malformation. This means that his skull has not formed properly and is creating severe pressure on his brain, and cutting of circulation of fluids to his brain. After meeting with the neurosurgeon on Wednesday he had already put us in for surgery on Monday. Just 4 days after meeting with him. From all his appointments and his recovery time (one week in the hospital, 24 hour monitoring for an extended period of time to be determined and months until he's back to his normal self) His surgeons are going to remove a portion of his skull to relieve the pressure to set his brain back in place, hopefully helping him grow, gain weight, eat, and stop his passing out episodes. I will be out of work (trying my best to go in when I have help) - doing rotating shifts with his father and his fathers girlfriend so he is being watched 24/7 as need be coming home and Drews medical costs are going to add up. With little to no income, Christmas and regular bills I am asking for your help to get us by for the next chapter in our lives.
