Will you help me, show you how to get to Sesame St.?

Hi!  My name is Brett Nichols and I am asking for your help to get me home.

I currently live in our Nation's Capital: Washington D.C. and at the end of August I need to move.  There is no place on Earth I would rather spend the fall and Winter this year than where I grew up in Nederland, Colorado.

To make my dream possible, I will pair down as much of my possesions as possible, train long distance cycling and detox my body.  My dream is to ride a bicycle from D.C. to Sesame St. Nederland, Colorado!

*IMPORTANT UPDATE*  
I have the route planned out.  My departure date is going to be sometime in the last week of August or the first week of September.  I am planning to take six weeks, arriving in Colorado middle to late October.
