Good Day To All!

I badly need your help! I'm trying to raise funds to acquire and rehabilitate either the Historically Black St.Paul's College in Lawrenceville Virginia, or the Chamberlain-Hunt Academy in Port Gibson Mississippi,  with the expressed intent of transforming one or both of them into the Frederick Douglass & Marcus Garvey RBG International Leadership Academy for Black Boys; which will be America's first private K-12 residential academy for African-American males based upon the principles of Traditional Afrikan Culture, Pan-Afrikan Leadership, Community Self-Determination & Cooperative Entreprenuership.

As a School Psychologist, School Principal, and Doctor of Clinical Psychology, with more than 20 years of experience servicing African-American boys, I am committed to reversing and ending the detrimental effects of special education, juvenile incarceration, societal alienation, psychological frustration, and premature extermination that has become commonplace for boys of color in this country.  Like myself, I'm sure that you are also tired of the suspensions, expulsions, mis-diagnoses, and excessive use of medication and physical force against our boys.

The FDMG Academy will chiefly provide our boys with serious Manhood Training and Discipline, which will enable them to return to their communities as leaders, husbands and fathers.  Our Agricultural Science and S.T.E.M. (Science Technology Engineering & Mathematics)Program will focus upon raising up the next generation of scientists akin to Dr. George Washington Carver (who once visited St.Paul's College) & Dr. Lewis Latimer.  Our Financial and Economic Sciences program will teach them the power techniques of the Real Estate and Commodities Industries; as well as Strategic Business Planning.  In addition to several other programs,  too numerous to name here, there will be a Seafood & ShellFish Gaming and Business Program that teaches our young men the art of fishing & shipping within the seafood market.

All of our academic and industrial programs will prepare our children for college, or immediate business entreprenuership, whichever they personally prefer.  A comprehensive Pan-Afrikan History and Culture curriculum will ensure that our children know from whence they came,  that we as a people existed before the rise of racism and slavery, with critical attention being paid to the role of African culture with regard to maintaining the health and happiness for everyone within our communities.

If you would like to help me reverse the Infamous School-To-Prison Pipeline then please donate to this most worthy of causes, and then influence and motivate everyone you know to do the same!  We have to act now, there is no tomorrow unless we make one! $4,000,000 will give us the monies necessary to not only acquire the facilities ($2,000,000), but will also allow us to make the much needed repairs to bring either property up to inspection code, which will be critically necessary towards opening the school as quickly as possible.

Peace & Blessings Black Family,

I'm currently taking a brief break from my very important never-ending lecture tour to get some much needed rest and to take care of some administrative tasks for my various initiatives. I would like to invite you all out to Baltimore(MD) for our very first National Independent Black Parent Association New Chapter Organizer Conference to be held from May 27th-29th at the Downtown Cultural Arts Center (401 N. Howard St.). This conference is for those who care enough about the school to prison pipeline and want to dismantle it forever together. Registration will be coming soon on PrinceOfPanAfrikanism.EventBrite.Com.In addition, during the month of May 2016 I will be speaking in Washington-DC(5.1), Philadelphia(5.7), Oakland(5.12), Memphis(5.14) & Greenville-SC(5.19). I want to thank you all for your continued support and donations towards the creation of the FDMG Academy. Most recently we learned that a government pension fund took possession of the St.Paul's College, will be reappraising the campus, and placing it back on the market for sale within the next few days. Although St.Paul's College remains our 1st choice, we are scheduling building walkthrus in Philadelphia and Detroit of schools that are currently for sale. Please keep the faith and keep pushing because FDMG is coming and nothing can stop it!

Habari Ghani Black Family! I've just started my annual 2016 Black History Month Tour, and it's off to a great start! Cleveland, and the Universities of Nebraska and Tennessee really came out to support #TheNewMarcusGarvey. I'm moving on to Austin(TX) today & St.Paul(MN) Saturday, both cities that I haven't been to in a couple of years. The funds are still coming in for FDMG, and I'm patiently waiting for us to cross the $2M finish line. In Omaha we met a Black mother who begged us to take her son because she can no longer do anything with him. Her tears further fertilized my determination to erect the FDMG Academic Empire! We shall succeed!! Please continue to make your donations in the name of all Black Boys Worldwide!! Please join us for 3rd Annual Senegal-Afrika tour this summer; details coming soon. Keep me in your prayers & keep donating!

Alafia Brothers & Sisters! As we get closer to the SesquiCentennial of our Emancipation, which we will remember on December 6th (12.6.1865-12.6.2015), we should all pause and reflect upon the 150-year-old struggle in which we have been engaged to achieve complete liberation; if fact, in honor of our ancestors I'm asking that you approach a natural body of water on 12.6.15, and offer your libations to our fore parents, and prayers to The Most High God, for strength and power, as we continue in our modern fight for Pan-Afrikan Redemption. The fight to build the FDMG Academy is just one part of this fight and we will succeed. Brothers and Sisters please recommit yourself to the Principles of the #UnapologeticallyAfrikan Movement, and the saving of our people. Please continue to donate to this most important crusade to Save Our Sons. Feel free to mail in your donations to: FDMG ACADEMY, PO BOX 6872, PHILA PA 19132. Good Morning from Rock Hill(SC)!! My live-in-studio interview with The Breakfast Club aired today on Power 105.1, and I've been receiving a lot of love this morning! I want to thank you all for your continuous support of the FDMG Fundraiser; donations have continued to pour in from all over the world! We have raised $500,000 since we began this campaign during Spring 2014. I am confident that we will reach our goal, and that the HBCU St.Paul's College will be ours someday soon! Please continue to help us reach the purchase price of $2,000,000. A residential leadership academy for our boys is what we desire!

I'm looking forward to speaking at next weekend's Mass Incarceration Conference in Boston, followed by my debut in Providence(RI) on Sunday September 13th. I'd like to take this time and invite you all out to Rochester(NY) for "The Confessions of Frederick Douglass: One Man StagePlay in 4 Acts." For the very 1st Time I will be playing my esteemed ancestor on stage! Wish me luck!:)))

Dr. Umar Johnson might be controversial but he's the only one with a solid tangible plan that can be implemented today. The only way to combat our disparity is through our youth. They need to be indoctrinate to empower and love themselves. Collectively, we are cowardly to sacrifice and invest in our youth. Four million dollars is all it takes to get the ball rolling. Building wealth and an economy to pass on too our youth is ingenious. By the way, this school is for us!

What pains me is that many people would support a singer or an athlete. We will spend hundreds of dollars to see someone rap, throw a ball through a hoop, or catch a ball, but will think very little about supporting leaders who are trying to make a difference in our communities. When my aunt posted a video about Dr. Ulmar, I had to research and look into the matter myself. This is real people. It's really amazing to see such support. If we don't bind together to help our youth and young adults, who will? My prayer is for God to bring this vision to fruition.

I noticed some people stated that this program is racist. The program And the concept of what Dr. Johnson trying to achieve is not and can never be racist... the word racist means " a person who belives that a particular race is superior to another" He has ever said that boys of color are superior to other races, but if that were true the 4 million dollars would have been raised on day one. What I preview him to say is that they are in an inferior position brought on by racist in a racist society.

I donated $100 when the school was first announced and now I am regretting it. Bro. Umar you have been vocal about what the black church does with black folks money and suggested they be more transparent with what is going on with the parishioners donations. Well why is it when you are questioned about the progress of the school you go into shut down mode? If you are so sensitive that you cannot handle being questioned about what is going on with the project then all it suggests is there is something completely bogus going on behind the scenes. Give us an update on your meetings with the holder of the deed to the school. Let us know you have set up a 501(c)(3) to make your organization tax exempt. Let's see a business plan. You just asking black folks to give you money is no different than the jack leg preacher. I mean what you say sounds good, but right now all you seem to be is a paid entertainer. Let's see something of substance instead of the minute you are questioned about what is going on with the school and the money donated, you shut people out. I suspect you will in some way shape or form go on a tangent like you did with Dr Boyce Watkins or block me like you did on Instagram. But despite your knowledge you are starting to come off very immature and insecure. Steel sharpens steel. I say what I say out of love for my people and those who profess to be leaders in the struggle.

I am very relieved to see a brother step up in faith and bravery despite many doubters although apparent truth and urgency in the need to save our communities by saving our young men. Next our young women need corrective behaviors from years of not seeing their mom and dad in a healthy relationship where women learned they had to come out of a feminine role to take on sole financial, spiritual and emotional supporter positions. Chaos of 3+ decades of divorce and economic, unjust laws, drug infiltration in our communities to give nonchalant comfort to males, school to prison no tolerance or understanding of the home situation pipeline and no male authority in homes therefore these problems appear in schools for overworked, under paid, mandated test administering teachers shows it's ugly results in educational systems where children's anger from neglect, growing up too fast with taking care of themselves, technology exposing kids to too much too soon without parents available to monitor tv viewing, video violent games or homework completion, sons trying to be heads of the single mom's household. Children are yelling at and cursing teachers and administrators daily due to inadequate adult sensitivity and trained mental health manpower to deal with these culturally sensitive phenomenon. Thank you Dr Umar Johnson, supporters and followers. Our children deserve attention to their issues.

Mishi, I am not sure why there is defensiveness and I made no assumptions; I stated facts and also said that you weren't trying to include non-Blacks, but I will try to clarify my points. However, after this, I will no longer derail this wonderful campaign, 1.) there are in fact non-Black Hispanics and Non-Black Latinos/as AKA not of African descent or are either too diluted to be considered of African descent (in other words, much of their African genes has been diluted with other mixture to even be considered Black anymore) 2.) Hispanic and Latino/a are not interchangeable, there are differences. 3.) Hispanic/Latino does not refer to indigenous, it is exactly as it states, of Hispanic (connected only to Spain) or Latin (connected to Latin languages: Spain, Portugal, French, Italian, Romanian, and Catalan ). Many NON-Black Hispanics and Non-Black Latinos (as) are yes mixed with non-African DNA of which many people consider to be indigenous (debatable, as there were Africans all ready present in these lands) I hope this clarifies any discombobulation. Umar's school is for of African descent children, period. Non-Blacks are not included, so if you have IDENTIFIABLE African characteristics, you are welcomed. If you look like someone that doesn't have African blood, you are not. I do not nor will I ever advocate for non-Black inclusion in African freedom, that is counter productive, especially considering that these same people held our African ancestors as slaves and continue to sustain, maintain and practice White Supremacy. The majority of Hispanics and Latinos are of European origin and they are extremely racist to Black people all over the diaspora. Again, so as to not fuel any confusion. If you are from the diaspora: Cuba, Mexico, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Africa, USA, Australia, Jamaica etc and you look Black as do your children, this is for you!

Some of ya'll are SO ridiculous! I just read a comment saying "it's going to take more than words to part with my money" but that's a lie because 85% of the black community is BROKE, not because they don't work it's because they give their money to EVERYONE WHO DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THEM. My husband and I have donated so keep your panties on, and we DON'T HAVE ANY CHILDREN!!! How can you sit here and find every excuse not to donate to someone who is TRYING to help, he could easily take his KNOWLEDGE and ideas and help his own children and say fuck everything else. The fact that he HAS a solution that we CAN execute says a lot considering most of the "conscious" community is ALL TALK. Change your mindset come together and stop with that nigga mentality. Question your own but will give to the white, asian, arab man blindly. Stop it. Thank you Dr. Umar for all you do for the community! You don't come to Seattle, so we are trying to fly to NYC to see you 11.6, hopefully our schedules allow us to make it and meet such a great man in person.
