Douglas needs surgery

Douglas has always been a happy energetic boy! He loves chasing squirrels at grandma's and he loves his friends at daycare, unfortunately he played too ruff and hurt his little doggy neck. He is currently under pain meds and resting as much as possible right now. He may need surgery which will cost around $6k, if not surgery then a lot medication and dr visits and a dull life of lounging around for awhile (which will be around $3k). Either way, this is a lot of money to take on by myself but he deserves the best. For those who don't know, Doug is my registered emotional support dog because I have depression. He has been my best friend for over four years. He has helped me tremendously throughout the last few years and I can't see him in pain like this. If you have met Doug, you know what a special little guy he is.
