This is a picture of the beautiful Pasquotank River, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, where logs from the great Dismal Swamp were transported for many decades and approximately 20% of the cypress, juniper and heart pine logs sank to the bottom and have laid there waiting to be reclaimed. We have spent the past six months working closely with several government agencies to obtain an exclusive permit to harvest these treasures. We have also gone to great personal expense to build a recovery vessel. We need $10,000 working capital to cover our operations expenses to begin this recovery process. We hope to begin very soon and do not want to have to stop due to a lack of funds.
