Dave Wasil ALS

I met Dave Wasil in 1989 when I started dating my wife Kim (Dave was dating Kim's younger sister Kathy--pictured here).  Since then, Dave has always made me laugh, sometimes to tears.  Dave is always quick with a practical joke and a sense of life and humor that drew us to him.  Dave will never know just how important he has been in my life.  He showed all of us how to LIVE every day.  He is always the guy that is up for an adventure, or a night out when called, no matter how exhausted he may have been. Dave has lived his life taking care of his family and supporting friends financially and emotionally when needed. Dave is a self made man. He has worked hard all his life to create a business in tree removal. I am proud to call him brother-in-law and friend. 

Dave has ALS at 57 years old.  If anyone has seen the effects of this insipid disease, they can speak to the brutality of it.  Dave has a amazing son,  2 beautiful daughters, a lovely wife and a grandson.  He is a protective brother and son. Because of the disease he has been unable to work effectively in his tree business.  As you can imagine the bills are becoming difficult. As Dave has always been there to help friends and family in need, it is our turn to help him!
