Dad In NY

My dad really would love to see me. He is living in a retirement home in New York, and he is 86 years old. I haven't seen him over ten years. He has had a stroke and a heart attack with signs of dementia. 

I want to fly to New York to see him and I also need to stay somewhere when I get there. He has been asking me to come see him. I would use this money for the flight and overnights stay. I hope to aim for April of this year. 

I also have to go to California to see my mom & siblings. I have friends their that want to see me too, so that will be a longer trip. I can't afford all this traveling on my monthly government income.  I will try to save money on the food and luggage.

If I could get that money I would be able to see my dad because I don't know how much longer he has to live. I am the only one my mom & siblings that can go at this time. I would be so grateful. 

I would be willing to make a coin purse, tote, or a basic quilt for anyone how contributes. It may take awhile to make them but this is how I could show my appreciation for any help you give.
