Deferred Action Payment

Donation protected
For those of you that don't know about DACA , it's an immigration policy founded by the Obama administration in 2012. It allows immigrants that entered this country as children the opportunity to receive a work permit  and a deferral from deportation if they meet certain criteria. These DACA recipients must reapply every two years and the application fee is $465.
Thanks to DACA I have been given the opportunity to legally work in the United States and earn the money I needed to put myself through community college and study Architecture. My efforts and the support of my family have helped me get to my dream school and I have earned a few scholarships, but as many people know, continuing education is costly and the majority of the money I have saved has gone towards paying tuition at NYIT. This has left me struggling to pay for my DACA reapplication and I need to reapply by the end of July in order to reach my deadline!  The irony is that if I do not reapply, I will lose my work permit and legal permission to remain in this country, and without this I may not be able to stay in college to finish my Bachelor's in Architectural Technology.
I thank each and every one of you in advance for helping me reach my goal, it really means so much to me!
