Cristian L Dodd, son of Robert Dodd and Ruby Lozano, began playing football in 4th grade. He has played for 4 yrs. Cristian has also participated in other sports, ie., Baseball, Basketball, Karate, Kenpo, & Jiujitsu. Cristian would like to continue playing football throughout his high school years and eventually obtain a scholarship to attend college, where he wants to earn a degree as a computer engineer. Cristian currently plays for the Wichita Aztecs, his positions include Center, Nose Guard, RT, DT and Line Captain. Cristian has been selected to be a member of Team USA, which will participate in the Caribbean Football Classic & Combine in San Juan Puerto Rico, June 7th through the 14th. The team will be comprised of players throughout the United States. They will be playing Team Puerto Rico in the Inagural CFC. This event is an opportunity for the players to showcase their talents in the Combine and games in front of scouts that may open doors for them to advance in their pursuit of playing at a higher level. Players will be evaluated by legendary scouts Dwight Thomas, Buddy Gies and U.S. Army Combine Director Frank Rojas. This event is not just about football, but a cultural experience for all the participants. Players will paricipate in a mixer, gift exchange and banquet. It is our hope that they will develop relationships that will last a lifetime.
