Costello Family Medical expenses

Joe and Denise Costello have 4 older children and 5 grand children. They live in Lancaster city. Joe is former military and works full time and is the main bread winner in the family. The whole family does alot of things for their Church. They were there on Sat April 9 helping to clean up after a yard sale that the Church had and Denise had a head ache and had to sit down. Here it was more then a headache she suffered a major stroke. Joe does not have any vacation or short term medical insurance so he is not making any income while he is traveling back and forth to be there with her. They are really good friends of ours. I started out small in respect to the amount knowing full well that the medical expense are already over this amount. Any bit helps as the road to recovery for them will be a very long and slow one. They will have alot of things that need done to their house before they can bring her home.
Update the Drs just told the family that Denise will never walk again. She is also going to be taken to a long term care facility.
