Coach JR Bardin Medical Fund

Friends, I am very saddened to let you know that my friend, co-worker and partner, JR Bardin, needs our help. JR is one of baseball’s true great coaches. He has spent years sacrificing his time and life for youth baseball players across Texas. His passion comes not from baseball, but from the opportunity to make a difference in a young athlete’s life. JR is an amazing man who puts his faith in God and love for his family before all. He is a blessing to know and a privilege to call my friend. JR, Kelly and their 9 year old son Hunter need our help. JR has made a career of baseball as a private instructor and facility owner. Throwing batting practice, hitting fungo and teaching the game are all a part of his daily routine. When not working, you will be quick to find JR somewhere in South Texas spending the weekends with his family, hunting and fishing. We need your help, because after today, JR will be forced to make some major life changes. JR will be out of work for an excessive amount of time. All funds donated will be used for medical bill relief and to help cover any bills needed for his beautiful family to continue on until Coach Bardin is able to return to work.

JR Bardin was admitted into Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital Friday, August 12th, with blood clots in his right arm. After multiple medical procedures, he is faced with amputation of his forearm and hand. JR will require extensive nursing, rehabilitation, physical therapy and prosthetics. Therefore, due to the mounting current and future medical cost, this GoFundMe account has been created.
