Melissa Irons is a 21 year old US Marine who recently adopted her two younger brothers, Christian (age 10) and JJ (age 9), after a two year custody battle. Due to their mother's drug addiction and recurring incarcerations, Melissa's childhood was spent in and out of the foster care system and she was determined to save her brothers from the same fate.

Now that Melissa is their legal guardian, she is eligible to apply for assistance. Until she is approved, however, we have put up this Go Fund Me account to help her meet the extra expenses that come with having two growing boys. These funds will cover utilities, clothing, school supplies, groceries, and other necessities.
