Chloe's Big Haircut
In November 2017 Chloe was watching Children in Need with her family and was moved by a piece featuring children needing wigs following treatment for cancer, the loss of hair causes terrible self esteem issues. Since then Chloe has been growing her already very long hair so that she can donate it to the Little Princess Trust who provide wigs for those who need them.
When Chloe was 7 she was bullied by a girl who made her life a misery and although this is no where near how a child feels when fighting cancer, she does know how it feels to lose her confidence and feel different and self conscious around children her own age, so seeing other children struggling with how they look touched a nerve.
She not content with just cutting her hair, she also wants to raise money for the Make a Wish foundation so that children can have a final wish.
Another charity close to her heart is The Brantome Police Horses, based in the Dordogne, this charity is part of her family and her home. She is a big animal lover and her dream is to help bring over another retired police horse that needs a home following a very stressful career on the streets of London and make that horse feel safe and live a life in the peace and quiet of the French country side.
Chloe is 9 years old with a big heart and all the money raised will be split between the two charities. On the 9th June 2018 she will be having the big hair cut and we hope that a child out there will benefit from her beautiful hair and the two charities will benefit from the money raised.
